ReadyRoute is an independent driver readiness service helping applicants understand how the assessment actually works and navigate the onboarding process with clarity and confidence.
Independent guidance only. Not affiliated with TfL or Uber. No guarantees.

Around half of applicants fail the assessment first time
Many people prepare the wrong way or rely on outdated advice
Booking slots disappear quickly if you’re not ready
Re-sits mean delays, extra cost, and weeks of lost earnings
Most “PCO services” focus on paperwork, not preparation
The issue is rarely intelligence. It’s preparation and process.

The 3 pillars...
Assessment readiness
Understand how TfL actually tests judgement, rules, and attention to detail, not memory or tricks.Correct sequencing
Know what to do, and when, so you don’t waste time or miss booking windows.Clarity over confusion
Clear guidance, no upsells, no false promises, no admin hand-offs.I passed first time with a high score by preparing the right way, not by cramming or guessing.
